About Dr Snehal Shah - Cancer Specialist

Dr Snehal Shah is a head and neck cancer surgeon with an overall experience of 11 years in the field. He completed his MBBS training in 2007 from Grant Medical College and Sir JJ Group of Govt. Hospitals.

After that he pursued his training in Otorhinolaryngology (ENT). Moreover, he also pursued his Masters in Surgery in Otorhinolaryngology from Miraj.

He completed his Masters in 2011. After that he pursued fellowship in Head and Neck Onco Surgery at a renowned Cancer Center – Tata Memorial Hospital from 2013 to 2016. Following fellowship program, he enrolled himself in MCH Training in Head and Neck Surgery from 2016 to 2019 at Tata Memorial Hospital.

At Tata Memorial Hospital he mastered the skills not only in cancer surgeries but also in re-construction (plastic surgery). He also got trained for endoscopic skull base and robotic surgery.

He pursued training in re-construction at Ganga Hospital, Coimbatore in 2017.

His work in the field of Head Neck treatment has been recognised at various international and national conferences. He has won the following awards.

Have done a thesis for Post-graduation in MS (Otorhinolaryngology) on the Study of Sensorineural hearing loss in chronic otitis media.
